COMPLAINT

You can file a complaint for non-conformity of goods with the contract within 2 years from the date of delivery. Below you will find all the necessary information regarding the complaint submission and procedure.

Report the issue

Submit your complaint by email or phone. Describe the problem in detail and attach photos of the damaged product along with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours.

Send the product

Send the product to the address we provide. The item should be properly secured. We cover the shipping costs - you will receive a return label.

Complaint review

After receiving the product, we will inspect it and process your complaint within 14 days. We will inform you of our decision by email or phone.

Exchange or refund

If the complaint is accepted, we will replace the product with a new one or refund your money. We will send the new product at our expense within 7 days.
