Delivery – Safe, Convenient and Straight to Your Door
At Phantom Furniture, we place great importance on fast, secure, and hassle-free delivery. Whether you order a small coffee table or a complete bedroom furniture set, your order will be delivered safely to your specified address.
Delivery is carried out using our own company transport, allowing us to guarantee punctual delivery and that your goods arrive in perfect condition throughout Germany and many European Union countries.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed in the shopping cart before the order is finalized.
Once the delivery country is selected, the applicable shipping cost is displayed automatically.
The shipping price shown at checkout will not change after the order has been completed.
We do not charge any additional or hidden fees, including for large or bulky furniture items.
⏱️ Delivery Time
The delivery time ranges from 1 to 6 weeks and is displayed on the product page before purchase.
Standard Products:
Furniture in the standard version (without customization) may be shipped within approximately 10 business days. The exact delivery time is always indicated on the respective product page.
Customized Products:
Furniture with selectable colors, fabrics, or other customization options requires a longer production time, as specified on the product page.
Contact Before Delivery:
Approximately 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, we will contact you by email or phone to arrange the exact delivery date and time.
Factors Affecting Delivery Time:
Please note that delivery times may be affected by: • public holidays and regional regulations • seasonal peak periods • weather conditions • other unforeseen circumstances
In the event of delays, we will inform you promptly about the new delivery date.
📦 Delivery – Important Information
All deliveries are made to the first accessible door of the building (e.g., house entrance, gate, courtyard).
Delivery does not include carrying items into the apartment or house, nor does it include assembly services.
Please carefully inspect the goods upon delivery. Any visible transport damage must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours, including photographic documentation.
📍 Shipment Tracking and Insurance
Order Confirmation:
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number and purchase details.
No Standard Tracking Number:
As deliveries are carried out using our own company transport, we do not provide standard courier tracking numbers. Instead, we ensure direct communication and flexible coordination of the delivery appointment.
Insurance:
All shipments are fully insured during transport. Your furniture is protected from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you.
